Andy Garrard joined MMA as a Senior Associate in 2018. His areas of concentration involve all aspects of healthcare delivery including hospital/physician alignment strategies, fair market valuation services, practice operations, start-ups, financial analysis and compensation planning, managed care reimbursement, and electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

Mr. Garrard has been involved in strategy and operations improvement since 2000 with a focus in healthcare delivery since 2008. He has developed an expertise in all areas of practice management including healthcare systems integration. His career began with PricewaterhouseCoopers and IBM, delivering supply chain and operations consulting to Fortune 50 clients. Before joining MMA, Mr. Garrard led one of the nation's top specialty care programs at Emory Healthcare, supporting Grady Health System, Children's Healthcare of Atlanta, and the Atlanta VA Medical Center. He has significant experience in the specialty of ophthalmology, integrating with optometry, pathology, neurology, dermatology, plastic surgery, ENT, pediatrics, and primary care.

In his free time, Mr. Garrard enjoys spending time with his wife and young children, volunteering through Peachtree Road United Methodist Church, and playing golf whenever possible.
