We are seeking an experienced and patient-focused Practice Administrator to oversee the daily operations of our practice. The Practice Administrator will serve as the practice leader and work closely with the physicians and corporate leadership team to ensure operational excellence, financial success, and outstanding customer service at our Alpharetta location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and oversee all daily practice operations.
  • Manage surgery scheduling, staffing workflow, and operational functions.
  • Monitor and help improve practice and surgical key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with the corporate accounting, finance, billing, HR, and marketing teams.
  • Analyze revenue, expenses, and profitability to ensure growth, profitability, and quality goals are being met.
  • Interpret benchmarks and financial reports to identify problems and opportunities and help make recommendations for process improvements.
  • Lead, mentor, and support administrative and clinical staff.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and all applicable healthcare regulations.

Qualifications Needed:

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred.
  • 3–5+ years of healthcare practice management experience within a surgical setting.
  • Experience in plastic surgery, aesthetics, or another surgical specialty is preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with authorizations, budgets, and insurance billing is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the management team and corporate resources.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with ModMed electronic medical records (EMR) and practice management software.

Seeking Part or Full-Time Physician Assistant (3-5 days per week) for Medical Dermatology/Mohs Surgery Practice in Wake Forest, NC

We are looking for a PA with 1 to 3 years' experience in medical Dermatology to join our growing practice in scenic Wake Forest, North Carolina with another location in Clayton.

At our practice, you'll find a dedicated team of Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers and clinical support staff working to make a meaningful impact on our patients' lives. As part of our clinical team, you'll provide high-quality, patient-centered dermatologic care, while working alongside experienced clinical dermatologists and Mohs surgeons.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a wide variety of medical dermatology conditions
  • Perform skin cancer screenings and skin examinations
  • Diagnose and manage common dermatologic disorders
  • Perform biopsies, cryotherapy, and other office-based procedures (based on experience and training)
  • Educate patients on treatment plans and skin cancer prevention
  • Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to deliver exceptional patient care
  • Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records
  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with physicians
  • Educate patients regarding medical dermatology, dermatologic oncology, Mohs procedures and reconstructive surgery services
  • Coordinate care with referring providers and specialists as needed

Qualifications:

  • Physician Assistant licensure in North Carolina (or eligibility to attain licensure)

  • Minimum of 1-3 years' experience in Medical Dermatology, and/or Mohs practice
