Requirements/ Skills Needed | Growing Multi-location 20+ Cardiology Practice Seeking Experienced Hands-on Practice Administrator - Main Location in McDonough Requires 7+ years of experience in medical practice management, overseeing operations, revenue cycle, bookkeeping, finance, personnel management and practice development. Requires familiarity with medical coding and billing, IT conversions, bookkeeping and Excel spreadsheet skills. Position interacts with staff in all areas of the practice, at the Board level and with outside business partners. The right candidate will also possess the ability to lead, by example, and facilitate decision-making at all levels of the organization and across department lines. Requirements/ Skills Needed | Large Nephrology Practice (17 physicians; 18 APPs) in Atlanta, Georgia seeks an experienced RN Clinical Director to oversee daily operations, develop clinical team, assist in practice development and enhance patient care. Clinical staff serves multiple hospital, dialysis and outpatient offices throughout Dekalb and Gwinnett counties. Position reports jointly to MD CEO and the Practice Administrator and is responsible for ensuring clinical operations are run in an efficient, patient-centered way. Position schedules and coordinates APPs, Nurses and Medical Assistants and works in conjunction with physicians and managers to maximize resources. The position interacts with staff at all levels of the organization, the Board, and outside partners at hospitals, dialysis centers and in-office infusion centers. The person in this role will manage the clinical schedules and work processes for Advanced Practice Providers, RNs, LPNs and Medical Assistants. Must have the ability to design well-functioning operational processes, recruit and retain excellent clinical staff and assist in further development of the practice's Value Based Care.
